Affinius Capital?closed on a $50-million loan to refinance The Roya, a 157-unit multifamily property with 10,000 square feet of retail space located in Los Angeles’ Koreatown neighborhood. “We value our continuing relationship with Jamison through this new collaboration in Koreatown. The Roya is poised to benefit from the neighborhood’s key demand drivers including walkability, retail offerings and central location within greater Los Angeles. The property has already been well received by the market, and we expect it to continue to perform, ” said Tom Burns, Managing Director, Affinius Capital.
