关于我们

The world no longer thinks of energy as a matter of supply and demand. Now it’s a space for innovation and partnership. With this transformation comes a responsibility to work with a smarter approach, new thinking informed by past experiences, and with stronger collaboration between regulators and innovators, old systems and new technologies. At AES, we partner with our customers from industries of every kind, across all markets and at every stage of development, and we’ve been doing it for decades. We know that every customer is at a unique place in their energy journey. A one-size fits all approach using outdated technology isn’t going to cut it. When you work with AES, you can expect to work in partnership with us to create innovative, customized energy solutions that deliver the most value to you and your energy goals while empowering the growth of your business. This Black History Month, we honor the theme "African Americans and Labor" by celebrating the remarkable contributions of Black workers throughout history—and the diverse talents of our current Black team members, whose dedication and expertise continue to drive innovation and strengthen our communities. At AES Indiana, we are proud to have the Black Professionals Network, an Employee Resource Group. We also recognize the profound impact on the energy sector, from innovations in electrical engineering to strides in clean energy. Each week, we’ll spotlight an influential Black leader whose work has advanced energy, technology, and sustainability. Let’s take this month to reflect on the resilience, brilliance, and contributions of African Americans in shaping a brighter, more equitable future. #BlackHistoryMonth #DiversityInEnergy #InnovationInspiration

ICYMI: The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) released a?2025 VPP Liftoff Report Update, the second installment of DOE’s Pathway to Commercial Liftoff series on Virtual Power Plants. At Camus, we are excited to be part of this group (see page 13!). A study we co-authored with?AES Indiana?found that deploying visibility solutions to detect where EVs are located on the grid and transitioning to grid-optimized managed charging would open up close to $1B in capital flexibility over the next decade. AES Indiana is?one?utility with 500,000 utility meters.
