?? COLLAB ALERT! Our brewmaster Mark and Remnant Brewing Head Brewer, Charlie, got together to brew up something extra special this week! Fun fact: these two have been beer buds for 20+ years and bonded over their shared love of cask beer. ??What sort of recipe are these two cooking up? They're working on a sessionable pub ale, that's well-balanced and crushable. They're incorporating in-house made invert sugar from Demerara for a deeper, more intense sweetness and well rounded flavor. ??Our collaboration creation with @remnantbrewing will be on draft and on cask towards the end of the month--stay tuned!

Say hello to ZACH ?? Zach is our new(-ish!) and fearless General Manager here at the Somerville taproom, and has been in the hospitality industry for nearly 20 years! ?? His go-to Aeronaut beer is our Robot Crush, a Great American Beer Festival GOLD medal-winning American pilsner and a fan fave ?? When he's not crushing a Robot, he's indulging in a glass of our barrel aged honey Saison, Bee Creeper ?? Outside of the taproom, you can find Zach watching professional Sumo wrestling ?? He's a huge fan and has even traveled to Osaka, Japan to attend a live tournament! Zach loves to cook and travel, and he aims to visit at least one new country a year??

WHAT ?? A ?? MONTH ?? We kicked off summer in a BIG way and we just wanna say thank YOU for joining us for such a fun-filled month! We had so much to celebrate in June and are endlessly grateful to our communities for showing up and showing OUT ?? From beer releases to birthday parties, with a healthy dose of ?? PRIDE ?? in between - thank you for being a part of it all and thanks to our amazing team for making it happen! Speaking of our wonderful team, a head's up that we'll be closed on July 4 for some well deserved R&R - we'll be back for the weekend on July 5!

It's official - we're TEN years old ???? It's hard to believe it's been a full decade of shenanigans here at AERONAUT, and we feel so honored and grateful to celebrate such a milestone! We love being able to step back and see all the things we've learned and the friends we've made along the way ?? We know our space, team, and drink rosters have grown and changed through the years, and it's pretty incredible to see the side-by-side comparison and just how much we've accomplished together.
