From Dreams to Reality: Investing in Ourselves and Our Community? ? Earlier this month, team members across North America came together for the 9th annual Porsche Black History Month celebration. As we approach the 10-year anniversary of PEC Atlanta at One Porsche Drive,?Porsche proudly hosted two very special guest speakers who represent our strategic commitment to investing in #Atlanta: Clyde Higgs, President and CEO of Atlanta Beltline, Inc.,?and Shannon James, CEO of the Aerotropolis Atlanta Alliance. ? "We’re grateful for partners like Porsche Cars North America for celebrating leadership and vision in driving meaningful change,” said Clyde Higgs. “Their contributions help build stronger, more connected communities in Atlanta. I’m honored to have joined this important dialogue with Porsche team members on turning dreams into reality, especially as they recognized the Beltline’s vision early on with their generous donation in 2015. The Beltline is proud to stand alongside organizations like PCNA and Aerotropolis Alliance for shaping Atlanta for generations to come."? ? The dynamic panel discussion was moderated by Sandi Jones, Manager, Purchasing.? ? “It was an honor participating in the Porsche Bridge Black History Celebration, helping PCNA staff members better understand how my dreams became reality and the economic impact of Porsche’s location in our community. PCNA and Aerotropolis have been partners for over a decade now and special events like this help deepen our partnership between corporations and community,” shared Shannon James.? ? When asked about the significance of this year’s all employee event, Keith Landers, Manager, IT Service Desk had this to say: “At Porsche Cars North America, we believe that our team is all inclusive – it represents all of "US," and celebrating Black History Month is a testament to that belief. It is not just a moment to recognize contributions, but a movement to showcase the excellence, innovation, and impact within our company, our communities, and the world. ? I am proud to have led the charge in initiating this annual celebration. Through this celebration, we not only highlight achievements but also reinforce our commitment to ensuring that every voice is valued, and every story is heard.” ? Thank you to everyone who joined in celebration of Black History and all those whose contributions continue to impact our team members, our business, and the communities where we thrive. #Community #DrivenByDreams
