Aequitas STEM is looking for dedicated interns to join our mission-driven team. We repair and donate computers, provide electrical engineering kits to schools, and inspire STEM opportunities for individuals from low-income backgrounds. We're expanding our efforts to include sensory toys with STEM elements for younger generations. Open Positions: Marketing Intern - Develop and execute social media campaigns. - Create marketing materials (brochures, flyers, newsletters). - Conduct market research on STEM education trends. - Collaborate with the graphic design intern. - Manage and update the organization's website. - Organize events and outreach programs. Web Development Intern - Design, develop, and maintain the Aequitas STEM website. - Ensure the website is user-friendly and optimized for search engines. - Implement new features and troubleshoot issues. - Collaborate with marketing and graphic design interns. Finance/Business Intern - Assist in budgeting, financial planning, and tracking expenses. - Prepare financial reports and documents. - Research funding opportunities and grants. - Support fundraising efforts. - Develop business strategies for growth. Graphic Design Intern - Create graphics for marketing materials and the website. - Design logos, brochures, flyers, and banners. - Collaborate with the marketing intern on campaigns. - Ensure designs align with our brand identity. - Create instructional videos and visual aids.
