The College Connection Program had the pleasure of welcoming high school and college students from Las Vegas for an enriching day of learning and networking. We started with a warm welcome from Jae Requiro, our VP of DEI, followed by an exclusive behind-the-scenes tour led by HC Rowe, VP/General Manager, offering students a glimpse into venue operations. The highlight was an insightful panel featuring our leadership team, moderated by Georgina Castro and Twana Simmons. Students gained valuable insights from experts in Marketing, Finance, Talent, Guest Services, Production, Automation, and Security. The day wrapped up with a networking reception, allowing students to connect and engage with our team. A huge thank you to everyone who made this event a success!
