As COP29 Azerbaijan comes to a close, we’re resurfacing insights shared by GCDN’s Director of Special Projects and host of The Three Bells, Stephanie Fortunato, on the role we must all play in mitigating the climate emergency. In preparation for the 2028 Olympic and Paralympic Games in Los Angeles, the City of West Hollywood is launching the West Hollywood Art Project. The City retained AEA Consulting in 2024 to guide in-person and online community engagement co-created with interdisciplinary artists, develop a conceptual framework, criteria, and detailed implementation plan that encompasses both the cultural and creative industries. In the last two weeks, AEA has been facilitating neighborhood conversations that will help shape the West Hollywood Art Project.? AEA worked with MOWAA in 2021 to support the development of the museum’s strategy, business and operating plan – including its mission, vision and programmatic ambitions; underlying business model; management and governance structure; audience profile and positioning; and an account of its social, economic and cultural impact.
