??Do you settle for easy answers? ??Correlation does not always equal causation. ??Critical thinking requires us to question assumptions and dig deeper. ??In program integrity, the difference is key—uncovering fraud and ensuring compliance means getting to the truth, not just the surface. ??When faced with data, ask yourself: Is this correlation, or is it causation? We must question and analyze to protect the integrity of our programs and the trust in healthcare??
