How many party buses will it take to fit the Advisor Collective at the HR Technology Conference in Vegas next month? That's not a riddle, it's a real life "dilemma" of our member-run association of 102 members representing 40+ firms. Right now registrations clearly show that we've outgrown one bus. The question is, try to fill two party buses, or take a potentially less thrilling charter bus? One thing is certain, the opinion of the Collective's CFO will be a factor. "The bigger the party the better," he said in a candid interview. In the end, the bus to and from our Top Golf event, including a stop at the Las Vegas sign, is only one part of our Vegas experience. With vendor presentations, content sessions, networking and even a lounge on the conference's expo floor, this year promises to be our best year yet. If you're a member who's on the fence, we hope to see you there. It's time to shine a spotlight on another fantastic member of the Collective. Kevin Moriarty joined us last October (we value our newer members as much as our OG's), and has contributed excellent insights to the group. He has been in the space for about nine years, starting his career at Aon Hewitt, then moving to bswift, and now is at Sequoia. Kevin has worn a variety of hats but has always straddled the world of people, technology, and problem solving. Being on the broker side really took Kevin to another level of energy around his passion for people. it. In his current role he focuses on solution consulting for the organization's client base and in finding opportunities for their benefits administration portal. So please join us in a virtual high five to Kevin as we look forward to his ongoing participation in the AC.

The AC represents 40 member firms that facilitate in the selection and evaluation process of Human Capital Management (#HCM) and benefits administration vendors on behalf of our clients. To date over 70 vendors have participated in this exciting industry initiative. By taking part, vendors answer standard RFP questions once versus multiple times for members. Vendors will also be able to update responses with new product releases and enhancements.
