These young men were hand-selected as a reward for their commitment to positive behavior, perfect attendance, and academic success. This event aligned perfectly with CEO Kristen Geez (Generation Enthusiast) vision for all AGZ’S programs—to equip youth-serving organizations with a cross-sector approach to building safer schools, stronger communities, and a future-ready workforce. We had the fantastic opportunity to train Dennis ISD in Grayson County together as they began their second year of Advising Generation Z @disciplinereimaginedjourney. This training brought together youth professionals from education communities and juvenile justice to address youth Discipline.

Kicking off the 2024-2025 school year at one of Advising Generation Z "Discipline Reimagined Journey" newest Tech-Native Sites! We loved our time with @Irving Independent School District. When we equip youth professionals with the tools they need, our kids are bound to succeed!

Equipping youth professionals is central to our mission! With the recently retired Deputy Superintendent, Dr. Parker, serving as the master trainer, we have influenced nearly 1,000 educators and criminal justice professionals to integrate AdvisingGenz as part of their alternative disciplinary resources for 10- to 24-year-olds. This summer, we are preparing to offer even more support to youth leaders on topics such as discipline, mental health, and career exploration!

It's a great day to be in technology, as DialCare fabulous team is partnering with AdvisingGenz to provide young people who have violated the school code of conduct or breaking the law to have unlimited access to teletherapy! This partnership will hold youth accountable for their actions while protecting their mental health. Texas Takes A Regional Approach to Reduce School Suspension and Lower Youth Crimes By Placing Youth Professionals At The Forfont! Meet the first ten organizations handpicked to pave the way for Advising Generation Z newest initiative to be converted into DRJ sites: Grayson County Juvenile Salong with Denison ISD, Denton County Juvenile Services, Fort Worth Municipal Court, Crowley ISD, Dallas County Municipal Court, Duncanville ISD, DeSoto ISD, Collin County JJAEP, and Plano ISD. These North Texas organizations will receive hands-on support to implement a new disciplinary system called AdvisingGenz a mobile app that allows youth professionals to administer discipline in a compassionate environment. @AdvisingGenz app holds doubled youth accountable for their actions and connects them and their families with crucial resources like diversion courses, telehealth, and parenting classes.
