The results are in! Almost 90% of respondents would be willing to go on AT MOST three to four interviews before getting turned off. The drastic drop-off in respondents thereafter (only 12%) should serve as a wake-up call to any companies with a more elongated interview process. As a hiring manager or HR professional, one of the most critical steps in the hiring journey is defining what the interview process is going to look like. Take the time up front to map that out and be sure to consolidate all of the required meetings into four rounds or less.
