    Exploring the Foundations of Earth's Magnetic Field: A New Perspective? Recent discussions on the traditional dynamo theory, as highlighted by insights from the U.S. Geological Survey, propose that Earth's magnetic field is generated by the movement of charged molten iron within the core.
