You are not welcomed… This sentence was rarely said directly to me, but it was certainly implied. You are in the wrong place. Over “there” is more suited to you. The second and third sentences were usually said to me, and my typical response was a quizzical look or a silent retreat. The moment I was introduced to academic socialization (aka nursery school and kindergarten), I realized I did not fit in, nor was I especially eager to fit in. I simply wanted to engage. My approach, as taught to me by Mother, was respectful, kind, and gentle. I did not want to overpower anyone yet somehow, my exuberance for engagement (an only child quirk) came through. I thought to myself, I guess I will have to build my own world. It will be a world where everyone is acknowledged, understood, accepted. And so, I did. It is a world encased in a rhodium circle. It is one of the rarest and most valuable precious metals. Rhodium is a noble metal that imparts an extremely bright and hard-wearing finish when applied as plating. It is a very rare, silvery-white, hard, corrosion-resistant transition metal, a member of the platinum group. The most encountered examples of rhodium plating are the finishes applied to white gold jewelry to enhance, protect, and preserve the luster of the pieces. This is like what our clients experience. They are enhanced, protected, and preserved in their transformed luster. I based my foundational theory for creating The Advantage Galaxy on this definition. The Rhodium Circle Theory??
