Did you know 15-20 percent of the world’s population identifies as neurodivergent, yet over 70 percent of HR professionals do not consider neurodiversity in their practices? ? Danielle Biddick of Dell Technologies joined us for today’s Better Together program to highlight Dell’s progress in this area and lessons learned from their neurodiversity program. Danielle shared actionable takeaways for leaders and teams to re-evaluate approaches to recruitment and promote neuro-inclusion in the workplace. Whether through skill-based interviews, mentoring, or professional development resources, organizations can accommodate all learning and communication styles so people can do their best work. Danielle, thank you for sharing your time and expertise with us! ? Big thanks to Katie Prevost of OneDigital for chairing our Better Together series this year and moderating today’s discussion.
