Introducing one of Advanced Group’s Rocket Award winners for Q4 2024: Tammy Green Rocket Awards winners are nominated by leaders across the organization, celebrating employees in Shared Services who have gone above and beyond in their role to drive business results, including accomplishing positive change, innovation, or other contribution. Tammy has gone above and beyond leading an Implementation for the finance/billing team. Tammy has shown dedication and passion on the project by going into the office to learn and gain knowledge on the project overall. Attending sessions that didn't necessarily impact her daily job. Has logged into live walkthroughs while on PTO making sure she did not miss any processes. Tammy brings all her knowledge to the team and provides daily updates on the process. Requesting feedback from the team on documented processes and will hold individual training sessions for the team to ensure everyone is comfortable using the system. Tammy is truly setting up the team for success being so involved in the implementation Congratulations and thanks for all you do, Tammy!
