?? ?? Beware of Job Scams Impersonating Advanced Systems Group, LLC (ASG) and ASG's recruiters names. ?? ?? Scammers are impersonating ASG employees and Advanced Systems Group, LLC (ASG) in fraudulent job postings and email communications. Here are some ways to spot these scams and protect yourself: ? Email Domain: Authentic communications from ASG or our recruiters will never come from a personal Gmail or any free email provider. We only use official company emails. ? Poor Grammar and Language: Watch for bad grammar or awkward phrasing, which is often a sign of a scam. ? Suspicious Interview Requests: We will never ask you to download an app for an interview. All platforms we use offer web-based versions, so any request to download specific software should raise concerns. Here’s an example of a scam message that was sent to jobseekers: “Thank you for your interest in working for Advanced Systems Group, LLC.? We are hiring suitable online candidates for the position of Graphic/Visual Designer(REMOTE) posted on Indeed/LinkedIn. Who will eventually have an office space at home. Interview would be strictly via WebEx Live Chat (Messenger) and you have been scheduled for Monday 11/18/2024 between 8AM ET to 4PM ET... The next step is to download and set up an account for the WebEx application on your PC and mobile device? You can add me to WebEx using my email address "[email protected]”” As you can see there are many red flags with this message. For genuine job opportunities at ASG, please visit our official ASG careers page, go to www.asgllc.com, and navigate to our Careers page where we regularly post available positions. Apply directly through this page to ensure your application is secure and reaches our recruitment team. If you encounter suspicious messages, disregard them and report the scam. Stay vigilant, protect yourself, and always verify through official ASG channels. Scammer’s schemes vary, but their essential goal is to get a candidate’s personal information including social security number, financial information, etc. ASG does not request any personal data during the recruiting process and will never make an offer for a position without a verbal discussion with a candidate.

Enjoy this blast from the past. Here is Advanced Systems Group, LLC's president, Dave Van Hoy, 12 years ago, talking about How the Cloud can help Broadcasters. (Is anyone else sensing Conan O'Brien In the Year 2000 skit vibes?) So much has changed since that day. Our branding, for starters! ?? But what changes have been a surprise to you? What is incredible is that we are today helping clients with a year and a half of cloud-native live productions at 300+ productions a year! We had an incredible time showing the esports community a live demo of our Virtual Truck? in action last Tuesday at the Sports Video Group Esports Production Summit. Our cloud engineers were all across the country using Virtual Truck in a live broadcast production, all run in Amazon Web Services (AWS). In what may be a world first, at the SVG Esports Summit, Advanced Systems Group, LLC had a live camera feed from the Ray-Ban Meta Wayfarers as a camera source to an AWS-based ASG Virtual Truck?.
