Security Culture ?? Hard truth: Most companies approach cybersecurity like they're building a fortress. Better firewalls. Fancier tools. More locks. Yet according to IBM's 2023 Cost of a Data Breach Report, 82% of breaches involved a human element. That's right - all those sophisticated attacks mostly succeed through human error. But here's what 20+ years in self-service technology has taught us: The strongest security doesn't come just from having the best tools. It comes from having the right culture. At Advanced Kiosks, we discovered something fascinating: The moment we made it "cool" to talk about security, everything changed. Picture this: Our company Slack channel lights up. Someone spots a sketchy email. Posts a screenshot. Adds a ???♂?. Suddenly, others jump in: "Got something similar last week!" "Check out this fake invoice I caught..." "Anyone else seeing these new social engineering attempts?" What started as leadership sharing suspicious emails turned into a company-wide security renaissance.
