This is why it’s so important to encourage the younger generation to pursue their dreams, including becoming a pilot, and to embrace diversity. He must be beyond proud of his daughter!
Her career took off ?? and now, she’s thanking her dad for the support that only he could give in helping her reach her goals ?? ?? @xyleenee__ via Instagram

Exciting Insights on Unmanned Aerial Mobility! We are thrilled to share the latest EACI - European Aviation Conference Institute / German Aviation Research Society (GARS) webinar, “Unmanned Aerial Mobility: The Commercial Potential,” now available on YouTube! Join Amin Vafadar and Philip Butterworth-Hayes, from the Advanced Air Mobility Institute, and Anna Straubinger from the ZEW - Leibniz Centre for European Economic Research, as we explore the future of this emerging industry #AAM #UAM, moderated by the esteemed Andrew Charlton, and Achim I. Czerny. Key Highlights: Andrew Charlton: “What we do not know about AAM is much larger than what we do know. It is only by discussing the topics openly and fully that we can close that gap.” Amin Vafadar: “The development of the AAM ecosystem requires collaboration across all sectors. Affordability, accessibility, and sustainability must be prioritized through an inclusive approach that benefits all parts of society. Through a united and forward-thinking strategy can we unlock the full potential of this transformative technology.” Philip Butterworth-Hayes: “There are still huge areas of uncertainty around the cost of providing and supporting AAM infrastructure, along with further uncertainty around passenger demand and appropriate ticket prices.” Anna Straubinger: “The user-pays principle should also hold for AAM, especially for those use cases that do not offer benefits for large parts of society.” ?? Interesting view of what’s possible!
The team at Molten Ventures asked me what the world would look like in 30 years when Manna Drone Delivery succeeded in our vision... they then created this world in 2054 using #GenAI I'm a bit scared if I end up looking like this in 30 years... ;) #Makemorepossible #2054

Shout out to Elan Head at The Air Current for consistently reporting on our industry in a way that drives meaningful discourse. Thank you Elan! Looking forward to tomorrow—
There’s been a lot of intense discussion this past week regarding eVTOLs vs. helicopters. Can’t we all just get along?! Coincidentally, that’s the underlying theme of my latest article for The Air Current, which explores whether there should be separate FAA advisory circulars for eVTOL vertiports and heliports. “Probably not” is the answer that a growing number of eVTOL and helicopter players seem to agree on. ? The FAA will be discussing its updated vertiport engineering brief in a virtual industry day meeting on Monday, Sept. 30. Helicopter people should be paying close attention to this, too, because the implications for the helicopter industry are substantial. Link to sign up is here: https://lnkd.in/eFMRhkYG
