Get Permission to Contact (PTC) ?? – No cold calls! You need consent before reaching out (emails are okay but must have an opt-out). ??Secure a Scope of Appointment (SOA) ?? – Lock it in at least 48 hours before discussing specific plans (some exceptions apply). ??Record All Calls ??– Every sales, marketing, and enrollment call must be recorded—no exceptions. ??Use Approved Marketing Materials ??– If it’s not carrier or CMS-approved, don’t use it.
