????♀?WiC Week Fun Facts??♀??? In 2024, women held 511,000 management, professional, and related roles—40% of all women in construction. Meanwhile, 34% work in sales/office roles, but only 24% are in hands-on construction and maintenance jobs. The numbers drop even further for production, transportation, and service roles (3% combined). The key to attracting and retaining more women in on-site roles? Recruitment, training, and workplace culture shifts. Creating safe, inclusive job sites, and fostering male allyship is essential for true progress. ?? #WomenInConstruction #WiCWeek2025 #ADSC

??♀?WiC Week Fun Facts??♀? The number of women in management, professional, and related construction roles grew by 10.4% in 2023—adding 48,000 more women to leadership positions! ?? This shift highlights the growing recognition of diversity’s value in the industry. However, despite this progress, women in other construction roles have seen declines, often due to lack of support, career growth barriers, and workplace culture challenges. For real change, we must foster respect, flexibility, and opportunities for women at all levels. ?? #WomenInConstruction #WiCWeek2025 #ADSC
