Our latest aircraft order and delivery data shows signs of a stabilising aircraft market. ? ?? ~2/3 increase in aircraft orders ?? 13% year-on-year growth in aircraft deliveries ???15,767 aircraft on backlog accounts for 14 years' worth of work ? Our Chief Economist Aimie Stone comments: ? “February 2025 data is promising. Both orders and deliveries are showing steady albeit gradual improvement, indicating that market pressures - including workforce issues and regulatory hurdles - are gradually easing, as the deliveries of aircraft come through." ? ???? Last week, for the inaugural UKROC Welsh regionals, 13 teams of Welsh schoolchildren went rocket-to-rocket for a spot in the National Finals. Hosted at the Snowdonia Aerospace Centre, the competition saw teams of school children aged 11-18 design, build and launch a model rocket carrying a precious payload - an egg. 200+ teams of schoolchildren from throughout the UK are expected to compete across this year's 7 regional qualifiers. ??
