Meet Michael J. Eshman. Michael, a founding partner at Eshman Begnaud, LLC, brings a diverse background to his mediation practice, having successfully litigated cases involving insurance coverage, real property, and business disputes in state and federal courts. His trial experience spans various areas, including premises liability, product liability, medical malpractice, and civil rights. Michael's unique perspective, fluency in English and Spanish, and commitment to ensuring all parties feel heard make him a valuable mediator. A "Double Dawg" graduate from the UGA School of Public and International Affairs and the UGA School of Law, Michael is actively involved in legal organizations, serving as a board member of the Georgia Latino Law Foundation and participating in the Hispanic National Bar Association and Georgia Hispanic Bar Association. Meet Leesa Bohler. Leesa, with over 22 years of law practice specializing in insurance defense litigation and an additional 16 years as an administrative law judge for the Georgia State Board of Workers’ Compensation, retired from her law practice in December 2021 to become a full-time mediator at Miles Mediation and ADR On-Demand. Trained as a mediator in 1997, Leesa has a wealth of experience mediating hundreds of cases during her tenure as a judge.
