Our team members at our Hillsboro and Cornelius, Oregon locations are making a difference through the AdoptOneBlock initiative! On alternating months, each team gathers to clean up litter from the blocks around our buildings. Our biggest haul was over 49lbs (!) of trash. Support is one of our core values, and we recently took that commitment beyond the workplace for a company-wide Community Day! Our Portland and Vancouver offices rolled up their sleeves for neighbourhood cleanups, while our remote teams made an impact in their own communities.
