Jeffrey Swapp was awarded the Team Member of the month for AES South Texas. Jeffrey is an apprentice electrician who began working with AES in May of 2024. The quality that makes him stand out is his contagious positive attitude. Regardless of the assignment, Jeffrey approaches it with gusto and a desire to learn something new. He comes to work ready to assist , always keeping a lookout for the next place that he can help. Rarely is Jeffrey seen without his ear-to-ear smile and a good word to share with his coworkers. We had the privilege to assist on the new Falls River Entrance and RMNP. This project had its challenges with new utilities for power and communications, roadways, as well as tying into the old building and infrastructure while maintaining the historical and existing look of the old facilities. This new entrance upgrade should streamline and allow more people to enjoy the park for years to come.

We would like to acknowledge Yamileth Montes for her outstanding dedication and hard work. She is responsible for managing all of AES' tools and materials across two Connex units at one of our natural gas cryogenic processing facilities, which supports over 60 employees. Yamileth excels in keeping the materials Connex organized and well-stocked, ensuring we never run out of supplies. Each morning, she efficiently and promptly checks out tools to the team, ensuring everyone has what they need to complete their daily tasks.
