The purpose of the Association is to perpetuate, educate and improve those serving the insurance industry in a manner that will dignify the profession. We promote standards of conduct and technical ability. We encourage cooperation and foster cordial relations among members. We strive to improve adjusting methods and encourage educational efforts in all subjects relating to adjusting while promoting the general welfare of the insurance industry. Current Officers President James Kummerer Jim is the President of the Association. He is the Senior Claims Resolution Specialist at Liberty Mutual Ins. Co. Vice President Michael Touhy Mike is the Vice President of the Association. He is the Illinois Regional Manager at Hausch & Company. Secretary/Treasurer Jeffrey (Jeff) M. McDonnell Jeff is the Secretary/Treasurer of the Association. Jeff is an insurance adjuster at E.D. Bennett & Co., Inc.
