This month our Adjoin Veteran's Team honored Leslie! We are so lucky to have her on the team! ? ? Read Leslie's Adjoin story below: ? “During my interview process I was unsure of what to expect, partly because I was unclear of what would come of my year in 2024. At that moment I felt as if I was coming to a fork in the road. I had decision to make that included growing my career, take time off work to spend a few uninterrupted months with my daughter and grow as a mother while focusing on myself. Whichever path I took, I knew it was for a positive impact on my life. Ultimately, I decided to grow my career and apply to be a case coordinator at Adjoin Veterans, I can confidently say it is the best decision I could have made. Adjoin has provided me the platform to use my knowledge and experience to its fullest potential. I have been presented with the opportunity to be a support to families in their moments of need, but I have also been given a workplace that allows me to thrive, learn, and smile. Being part of a team of so many unique individuals that all share the same level of passion for the work we do has created a one-of-a-kind culture and work environment. I’m extremely appreciative to our management team for their continuous guidance and trust.
