One Flutter Paid Volunteer Hours
Our team is passionate about the communities in which they live, work, learn and play. We developed the One Flutter program to support our Adjoin team members in making a difference in their communities in the ways which are most meaningful to them. Team members are awarded annual paid volunteer hours which they can use to support a cause of their choice. Our team has done beach cleanups, worked with animal rights organizations and even volunteered at their childrens' schools!
