Exciting progress happening down in Tennessee! The Bluegreen Vacations maintenance building is coming along nicely with the completion of the East CMU and parking lot retaining wall. There is rough framing and sheathing complete and fire sprinklers have been installed. Next up is MEP Rough in and wall close. Thanks to hard work and dedication, we’re pleased to share the completion of The Heron Hotel, a thoughtfully designed 90,000 sq. ft. adaptive-reuse development in Alexandria’s Old Town. This new project features 134 hotel rooms, over 30,000 sq. ft. of hotel amenities and meeting space, and ground-floor retail, all just one block from the bustling intersection of King St. and S. Washington St. A great addition to the neighborhood, blending modern comfort with historic character.
