With 20 years of experience, Matt comes to ADG from the U.S. Government where he led analytic programs focused on regional conflict, non-state actors, and?the nexus of national security and emerging technologies. He holds an M.A. in Security Studies from Georgetown University and a B.A. from Boston College. ? We are excited to announce that Sterling Richmond, has joined the growing team at ADG Partners as a Research Analyst. In this role, he will support the firm's diligence and transaction practices. ? Before joining ADG, Mr. Richmond was a Senior Defense Analyst for Aviation Week Network, performing fleet and program-level analysis of military aviation. He holds a B.A. in International Affairs from George Washington University. With his experience and knowledge, we are confident that he will be a valuable addition to our team and will provide critical support to clients. ? We are happy to announce that Matt Sharpe has joined ADG Partners as a Director. At ADG, Matt will be responsible for leading engagements supporting our clients in defense and government services transactions.??? ? We are excited for Matt to join the firm as he brings a wealth of Aerospace, Defense, & Government Services knowledge and expertise. Before joining ADG, he was Vice President of Equity Research within the Aerospace & Defense team at Morgan Stanley, leading coverage of Government Services & Technology. He also spent several years in the defense industry with Northrop Grumman and Raytheon, working across Corporate Strategy, Business Development, and Finance Planning and Control. ? We fully expect Matt will be an asset in the years to come allowing us to continue to provide our clients with high-quality advisory services.
