Last week, Dress for Success Charlotte hosted a career fair for their GPN (Going Places Network,) a 7-week training program designed to help underemployed and unemployed women gain professional skills, accelerate their job search, and build confidence! Six talented women are one step closer to their dream jobs, thanks to one-on-one meetings with industry experts from The Adecco Group. We're proud to partner with #DFS to empower the next generation of leaders! ?

Last week, Laine Gandy joined a panel of experts and the Women Business Collaborative at American Staffing Association Staffing World to discuss important topics for women in the workforce. The panel emphasized the importance of women advocating for themselves in both their professional and personal lives. Understanding your financial history is key to building confidence and taking advantage of wealth-building opportunities. Employers play a vital role in supporting #womenleaders. To attract, retain, and grow them, companies must foster a culture that prioritizes flexibility and growth opportunities. This week, we celebrated the success of our Military Spouse Reskilling Initiative! Our partnership with Akkodis and the Akkodis Academy has empowered over 100 #militaryspouses. Rachelle Chapman and Jill Welch were in attendance to accept the American Staffing Association Elevate Award, a testament to our ongoing commitment to supporting military families. We're proud to be part of their story and a shining example of what can be achieved through #collaboration and #givingback.
