Last week, we kicked off a series of workshops with Rethreaded - a Jacksonville charity dedicated to helping survivors of human trafficking find new hope through employment and community. Through workshops covering resume writing and mock interviews, we are helping participants develop a professional presence in their job search and empower them to present themselves authentically. Last night, some of my The Adecco Group colleagues joined me at Dress for Success Houston for their signature event, Models of Success. We had the privilege of watching several pairs of women walk the carpet, showcasing not only their newly styled outfits and beautifully crafted hair and makeup but also their incredible achievements. The most touching part? Each pair was family—mothers and daughters, sisters—walking the walk together. Thankfully, they provided tissues for all of us! I was truly honored to accept an award on behalf of Adecco Group US Foundation for our role in the event.

For 14 years, The Adecco Group #HeartsforHeroes initiative has ignited a powerful wave of gratitude. This year, the incredible generosity of colleagues, families, and communities propelled us beyond our goal!
