Our President, Yvonne Addison, recently joined a panel of leaders to discuss and share experiences of working as teams across multiple generations as part of the Future Leaders Initiative (FLI) with ABC - South Texas Chapter. The panelists and attendees shared thoughts on #communication strategies, work ethic, balancing work and life and embracing evolving #technology. "As companies, we have to continue to lean on our traditional work strategies as well as adapt to new generations and technology. Evolving and growing together are key to setting yourself and your company up for long-term success."
Future Leaders Initiative (FLI) hosted a great panel discussion on working with different generations. Unique perspectives from Baby Boomer, Gen X, Millennial and Gen Z on various topics combined with with open discussion, lessons learned followed by networking. Huge thanks to Lynn Laurence, Jack Laurence Corporation, Mike Leonard, Leonard Contracting, Inc., Yvonne Addison, Addison Prime and Liam McMahan, Airco Mechanical for participating in the panel discussion, sharing their experiences and encouraging others.
