Now, as he steps into this new role, Rob follows in the footsteps of some of the Local#3’s most iconic Superintendents at ADCO. He embodies the integrity, skill, and forward-thinking leadership that keep our teams and projects moving forward, always with an eye on the newest systems and solving the toughest logistical challenges. Known for his steady and even temperament, Bobby has an uncanny ability to balance big-picture vision with a keen eye for detail, transforming plans into meaningful accomplishments. His unique skill in unlocking the full potential of our teams has driven performance and results that truly speak for themselves. From his beginnings as a Local 3 Tradesman, General Foreman, and General Superintendent to his role as a senior leader, Bobby has been a constant source of inspiration, seamlessly connecting project management, estimating, and our valued IBEW Local#3 workforce. His dedication to each team member’s growth, paired with his commitment to advancing technology and fostering transparent, efficient workflows, has set an enduring standard at ADCO.
