?? The CDR Action Initiation Bill passed! ?? Passing for Action Initiation is a vote for: ? Cost of Living solutions for Australians, affecting so many products and services they use ? Putting billions back into the wallets of all Aussies ? Reducing our carbon footprint ? Leveraging data infrastructure for increased choice, competition ? Enabling new capabilities to open and close accounts, make payments and update customer information ? Secure and regulated solutions across industries You couldn't avoid articles in the past month without a strong view about CDR. Action Initiation. There was a lot of heat, misinformation and lobbying. The vote seemed down to the wire, and Action Initiation and everything is stands for triumphed. Thank you for everyone getting your voice heard and writing to and meeting with Senators. The work continues from here, but today's bill passing is a great step in the right direction for consumers. As Minister Stephen Jones said in his speech last week, the first focus will be Energy Account Switching. With Adatree's connections to every data source, we'll be perfectly placed to enable this.
