Operations Executive | Constellation Management and Automation EXPERIENCE SUMMARY:? 20 years of satellite command and operations experience. 5 years of director-level experience leading mission and operations, including the largest multi-purpose constellation with over 20 custom hardware versions. This person is “unquestionably addicted to the fast-paced nature of the aerospace startup”. Most recently they led a 24/7 globally distributed team at a post-IPO space services provider. Departed in June to intentionally explore other opportunities. Currently evaluating aerospace operations executive / senior leadership positions. As Senior Manager (recent position), their primary responsibility was integrating industry best practices into their NewSpace, agile world. They excel with finding ways to automate and scale operations and software systems without additional headcount. They maintained a fleet of 100 satellites and 30 ground stations with only 10 operators and 2 software engineers. Within one year, they successfully dropped commission from 10 days down to 2 days and introduced new SLA’s companywide. They were also focused on constellation planning and resource management to be more tactical with their fleet. LOCATION: Denver, CO based. Open to relocation for the right opportunity.
