We've been working on paywall builder for over a year and it's now the best in class for developers: * Native paywalls and they feel like manually coded for both iOS and Android * Base in class API speed to loading paywalls * Super flexible customization with a simple stacking interface * Auto-localizations for any language * Simple integration (it's easier to integrate AdaptyUI SDK than a normal SDK) We have huge plans to make it one click to build and deploy paywalls this year.

Inside, you’ll find: - How to plan growth with LTV & CAC (without complicated formulas) - ASO & subscriber growth strategies - Paywall & onboarding tweaks that boost revenue without a redesign ???First 500 founders get: - A seat at a live strategy breakdown session This is prelaunch access, and once we hit 500, doors close. ?? Excited to share my new project?Shorty App! First, some context: we recently built?Spellar?and Subtitly – solid products with great quality and good metrics, but... Like many founders, we faced the classic distribution challenges: ? Struggled to find good ad targeting specialists ? Social media? Time-consuming with low ROI ? Community building? Great but slow (2k active members took forever) Then a friend dropped some wisdom: "We make apps fast. Usually in 6 days. They make money. Let's make something cool." Key points: idea, onboarding, Adapty.io magic. If purchases are consistent, focus on improving the product itself. ?? Fast forward 3 weeks: We created the mentioned above Subtitly (It's actually just subtitles for everything on iOS/macOS) But here's where it gets interesting. While promoting through TikTok creators, we noticed some patterns: ? They're expensive ?? ? Miss deadlines ? ? Deliver inconsistent quality ? Hard to find reliable ones ? They need work-life balance ?? Initially thought: "Let's build an Upwork for TikTokers." But wait... it's 2025! Why not leverage AI?! ?? From our experience, high conversion comes from: ? As I call it "Escort-style" content ? Success stories ? Relatable content ? Quality hooks with eye-catching text overlays Also, amount of posting is crucial – lost count of our accounts on platforms. Imagine – each account needs 2-3 daily videos. ?? So here's what we're building: Imagine 300+ AI avatars ready to represent your product 24/7, generating hundreds of videos in minutes without production! We're officially launching on March 17th with a goal of 20k pre-orders (search for Shorty in the App Store and click pre order please ??). If anyone knows a good way to achieve this goal, please drop a comment or send me a DM. Cheers ?? #AIContent?#VideoMarketing?#ProductLaunch?#TechStartup?#Innovation

How Japanese apps onboard users and how it differs from the West? If you’re launching an app in Japan, don’t assume your usual onboarding flow will work. Japanese users expect more than a quick tutorial and a “Continue” button. ?? Trust comes first. Before using an app, users want detailed explanations, security assurances, and transparency. Brands introduce themselves properly before asking for anything. ?? Text over visuals. Minimalist, white-space-heavy UIs? Not in Japan. Onboarding screens are often packed with text, guiding users step by step. ?? Gamification starts early. Loyalty points, mascots, interactive tutorials - apps make onboarding engaging from the start. ?? Permissions. Instead of a pop-up demanding all permissions at once, Japanese apps introduce them naturally, explaining the benefits before asking. ?? LINE. Forget Apple or Google sign-ins — Japan runs on LINE. Apps prioritize it as the main authentication method. When localizing an app for Japan, simply translating text is not enough —adapting onboarding design and flow to align with local expectations will significantly impact user retention and long-term success. Thanks to aix Inc for putting this together. Read more in our article - https://lnkd.in/dfW_ZdZA

How should you price your app? It’s one of the toughest questions for app founders and product teams. There’s no shortage of opinions, but what actually works? We'll be hosting Patrick Falzon for the latest in Adapty's webinar series to answer that question. He's an expert in app growth and monetization, and managed app portfolios worth millions at Mosaic. He now helps apps optimize their pricing, subscriptions, and IAP strategies for maximum profitability. We’ll cover: * How to set the right price for your app * Testing & optimizing for revenue growth * Common pricing mistakes (and how to avoid them) If you’ve ever wondered whether you’re leaving money on the table, this is one discussion you don’t want to miss. Apple controls refunds. Developers lose revenue. That’s the reality of App Store refunds. Refunds happen when someone asks for their money back after making an in-app purchase — whether it’s a subscription or a one-time payment. And every refund means lost revenue. But refunds aren’t just numbers on a dashboard. They happen for real reasons — some legit, some... not so much. Here are a few common ones: 1?? Accidental purchases. Like when a curious kid taps "Subscribe" while playing a game. 2?? Trial abuse.?People sign up, use the premium features, then ask for a refund after getting what they need. 3?? Use-and-refund. Imagine buying a suitcase, using it for a trip, and then returning it after vacation. Refunds matter because they throw off how you see your app's performance: - Your revenue looks smaller than it actually is. - LTV gets distorted. - Marketing results become harder to trust. But refunds aren't the enemy. Understanding why they happen can help you make your app better and keep more of your revenue. Want to get the full picture? Losing money on refunds? Pepapp was, too - until they clicked one button and got a 400% ROI in 7 days. Yep. One. Button. Here’s how they saved 86% of lost revenue (without breaking a sweat): ?? Refunds are like ghosting. One day, you’ve got a paying subscriber. The next? They vanish — and Apple hands them a refund. Pepapp, a health & fitness app with 5M+ users, was drowning in refund requests. Each one had to be manually reviewed, processed, and submitted to Apple within 12 hours. Miss the deadline? Money gone. They were spending hours chasing refunds instead of growing their app. Then they tried Refund Saver by Adapty. They turned it on once and let it do the work. ?? 86% of lost revenue saved ?? 55 unfair refunds declined ?? $1,165 recovered in 7 days ?? 400% ROI instantly Instead of chasing refunds, Pepapp’s team went back to doing what they do best - building a great app. So here’s the real question: How much are refunds costing your app? Check out the full case study and see how much you could save: https://lnkd.in/diWA3qNY
