Adaptive Reader empowers diverse learners with print and digital leveled, adaptable, bilingual texts and reduced screen

关于我们

At Adaptive Reader?, our vision is bold yet straightforward: to eliminate barriers to knowledge and make reading accessible for all. We strive to ensure every learner, regardless of their background or unique needs, has the tools to access and enjoy reading in ways that truly resonate with them. This commitment drives us to create reading formats tailored to the needs of diverse learners. For dyslexic readers, we design text that’s as clear as the ideas it conveys. For students who speak less common languages, we prioritize equitable translations, honoring their linguistic identity while expanding their educational opportunities. And for struggling readers or those with learning disabilities, we develop leveled adaptations that allow everyone to engage with the same rich content, personalized to meet them where they are. Through our multimodal approach—including multilingual audio, print-on-demand options, and our unique passage marker system—we empower readers to interact with reading material in the format that best suits their learning style. Our partnerships with publishers enable us to create inclusive educational tools that keep every student literally and figuratively on the same page, fostering shared learning experiences in every classroom. At Adaptive Reader, we’re transforming reading from a barrier into a bridge—creating an educational landscape where every learner has equal access to the boundless world of ideas.

On NPR, we discussed: ?? The role of AI in adapting literature without replacing it ?? The tension between scaffolding and preserving an author’s craft ?? Why side-by-side adaptations help students build confidence and comprehension We believe that accessibility should never come at the cost of dignity—and that every student deserves a way into the world of literature. ??
