Mr. Haynes joined Adaptive Management and Engineering as a technical lead for coastal restoration.?Previously, he served the Louisiana Coastal Protection and Restoration Authority for over 20 years through the planning, design and construction of coastal restoration projects.?His recent focus has been on monitoring hydraulic dredging and fill placement through instrumentation.?He performed civil and environmental consultancy for 10 years prior to joining CPRA.?He holds a BS in Biological and Agricultural Engineering from LSU and is a registered Professional Engineer in Louisiana.
