?? Meet Olivia Cronmiller, Adaptec’s Continuous Improvement Lead! ?? Olivia plays a key role in supporting our project management team and driving new process developments. A data whiz, she provides valuable reports across multiple departments, helping teams make informed decisions. One of the most rewarding parts of her job? The opportunity to collaborate across different departments and levels within Adaptec. As a woman in a male-dominated industry, Olivia embraces the challenge. She’s never afraid to speak up, share her ideas, and push boundaries—all while earning the trust and respect of her peers over the past two years. ?? Fun fact: Olivia is a dedicated spin enthusiast, having completed 700 classes and aiming for 1,000 by the end of the year! ?? Meet Vera Best, Adaptec’s Service Administration Sr. Manager! ?? A typical day for Vera involves managing order workflows in E360, ensuring accurate reporting for our customers, and maximizing the revenue generated from work orders. Her role connects her with employees across all Adaptec office locations, field technicians nationwide, and our fantastic customers—keeping her days dynamic and engaging. ?? "My favorite parts of my job are working with my amazing Service Administration team and collaborating with the Service Management team. We have some very thoughtful and creative people, and I get to hear different viewpoints and learn something new every day," says Vera. Outside of work, Vera enjoys life on her mini farm with her menagerie of spoiled animals—including 5 beagles, 2 cats, 6 ducks, 15 chickens, 5 roosters, and 12 quail! ????????
