Embracing AI technology in Architecture is still something I have not come to terms with as technology continues to advance at the rate is has. As an Architect and Designer, I see the benefits and the risks AI brings to our profession. Adams+ Associates Architecture is experimenting with AI to see how it could help us meet the needs of our clients in the early design stages. This is a good 4-part series for those who what to know a little more about how AI is transforming the way we think about architecture and develop ideas quickly into visual imagery. Creating a pretty picture is one thing.... making sure it is designed with thought to meet all the client's needs and can be built will still need a human architecturally trained mind behind the design...as least for now.

Big things are happening in the Town of Indian Trail! ?? McAdams has officially broken ground on the Chestnut Square Park, Phase I. This phase includes the addition of a much needed parking lot for the existing playground, a new board walk over the park's SCM and an upgraded trail network. This expansion of the park signifies more than mere infrastructural improvements, it embodies a profound commitment to safety and accessibility, ensuring that our community can enjoy the park's offerings securely. McAdams is also part of the design team for Phase II, and the ground work is being laid for a future soccer field and seating areas.
