Today, members of the faith community from across Northeast Ohio gathered to learn more about trauma-informed care, and how faith can connect and heal. Dr. Joan Evelyn Duvall-Flynn, Ed.D., chair of the Trauma-Informed Education Coalition of Philadelphia, equipped attendees with knowledge of trauma and its impact on the community. Additionally, a multi-faith panel of seven local leaders discussed how they implement trauma-informed practices in their work. We'd like to thank all participants, attendees and staff for making this event a success! Learn more about the ADAMHS Board's faith-based initiative here: https://bit.ly/48m3Wmn
