Congratulations to Andy Siradakis and Label Motorsports on their impressive Corvette reveal at SEMA! At ADAC, we’re proud to have supported this project with our metrology, rapid prototyping, and 3D printing capabilities, helping turn ideas into reality. Andy’s words say it best: “If you're looking for someone that can take your ideas—maybe a prototype model, something you're considering taking to the marketplace, or something functional for your business—the creative limits here at ADAC are unmatched. Efficiency is all about action with purpose. Streamlining for results. This month we’re focusing on Working Efficiently—the mindset that drives us to speak effectively, work purposefully, and make smart decisions. Every task presents a chance to fine-tune our approach and create impactful results.

Team ADAC took part in the Grand Rapids Heart Walk as a sponsor for the American Heart Association earlier this morning. ADAC led the way in money raised for West Michigan and had over 70 participants in todays walk. Such a great event and great cause. Thank you Julie Neuhaus for organizing such a great event! Can’t wait until we help #solvefornext by participating in next years event too! ADAC’s mascot, the AI “cloudy”, took home victory in the mascot race, well done Jake Belter, thanks for representing us well!!

A special thank you to Representative Hillary Scholten and Representative Haley Stevens for visiting ADAC's facilities in Grand Rapids. We enjoyed the opportunity to tell the ADAC story—past, present and future. ? Our favorite quote of the day was, "Wow, we didn't realize how much went into making a door handle!" ? Thank you for supporting the West Michigan tech scene.

This month we’re diving into what curiosity means for ADAC, with our tenth variable of success: Stay Curious. With this as our mindset we encourage asking questions, intent listening, and exploration while we push boundaries and innovate by constantly asking ourselves, “What if?”, “Why not?”, and “How?”.

As September comes to an end, we want to recognize someone who truly embodies our 9th variable of success: Quality Counts. Our Director of Engineering Operations, Mark McWilliams shares how a commitment to quality—both in our products and processes—is the foundation of everything we do at ADAC. Leading by example, he fosters this mindset and ensures we consistently strive for excellence.

ADAC teamed up with Buell Motorcycles to create and refine working prototypes for the Buell Super Cruiser using additive manufacturing, improving the overall design process.
