We had a great morning at our Davidson Campus at Trane Technologies! We started the day hearing from leadership at our Global Town Hall. We then had 16 non-profit organizations join us for our Second Annual Non-Profit Fair. This event connected our employees to local non-profits to learn about their missions and how to get involved. I took some time to reflect on my past year of volunteering and set my goal for 2025. I am going to go for 5 more hours than last year! I’d like to thank my Purple Team Co-Lead Raymond Burrows for collaboration in planning a great event. Thank you to all of the amazing organizations that participated in our event and engaged with our employees! Together, we can create #SustainableFutures!
