Our Prep Forward families wrapped up physical wellness month with an exciting intro to squash at Steel City Squash! We saw some natural talent on the court, and the competition was fierce as always!

Prep Forward Retreat Recap! Our senior students had the incredible opportunity to connect with Dr. Christine McClure, diving deep into their post-secondary plans—from college choices to the long-term impact of student loans and navigating on-campus resources with confidence. Meanwhile, our freshmen students explored essential skills like time management, balancing academic and athletic pressures, and using design thinking to map out an exciting and flexible! path to graduation.

Yesterday was Signing Day for these two incredible Prep Forward students! Amaree Venson and Martel Palmer have worked tirelessly, excelling in academics and athletics, and we’re proud of their achievements. ?? Hard work pays off, and we can't wait to see all they’ll accomplish at Waynesburg University and Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania!

On Sunday, Prep Forward students kicked off Black History Month with strength and resilience! What better way to celebrate than supporting a Black-owned business while getting in the ring? Shoutout to BFitt for hosting an empowering boxing session—building confidence, discipline, and honoring the legacy of Black excellence. Let’s keep lifting each other up! ??

The event featured invaluable career insights and financial education led by wealth management professionals Bilal Afolabi and David Freeman from Chosen Advisory Group.
