On this Veterans Day, Ad Hoc offers our most sincere gratitude for the courageous, selfless service that Veterans across our country have given to ensure we can continue enjoying the freedoms we hold dear. We honor their commitment and sacrifice, and as a company that supports the Department of Veterans Affairs, we remain steadfast in making sure Veterans can easily get access to their VA healthcare and benefits. Working with the VA to support Veterans, their families, and their caregivers is a true honor and privilege, and we take that responsibility seriously. Several of our team members are planning to attend the American Council for Technology - Industry Advisory Council (ACT-IAC) CX Summit next Friday, November 15, and we're excited to spend the day discussing the future of customer experience (CX) in government services. At the end of October, Ad Hoc's Growth team gathered at our offices in Virginia for a team onsite. During their time together, they looked at how their individual strengths can be used to support the company's growth goals. As a #remote company, we don’t always get to see each other in person. So when the opportunity arises, we love the chance to get together with some of our colleagues in real life! This week, we hosted a meetup in NYC with members of our executive leadership team and folks from the area. We got together for a day of co-working, connection, and fun. Team member Yael Sharon, SPHR was there and shared her thoughts about the experience: “I really enjoyed connecting with fellow Ad Hoc New Yorkers and Ad Hoc executives. We exchanged our 'only in New York' stories, swapped ice cream spot recommendations, and also shared a variety of city resources -- which I'm excited to take advantage of! Throughout our open discussion, leadership was approachable and receptive, and I am confident that they will follow up on our conversations in the spirit of our core value, 'Bias Towards Action'. Whether in-person or in-real-life, I continue to be very proud to be a part of this unique mission-oriented team."

This development program pairs government and industry professionals to help prepare them for executive leadership opportunities, like Senior Executive Service (SES) or company executive-level ranks, while developing strong partnerships between the two sectors.
