With over 20 years of experience in operational leadership, Eric brings a wealth of expertise in global manufacturing, supply chain management, EHS, IT, and quality & regulatory functions. He has held key executive roles at Beckers Group, Meyle AG, and Evonik, where he successfully led large-scale operational transformations, optimized processes, and drove sustainable business growth. ? Eric is passionate about continuous improvement, digitalization, and leveraging state-of-the-art technology to enhance efficiency and scalability. A firm believer in fostering strong collaboration and innovation, he has been instrumental in aligning global teams and standardizing best practices across multiple sites worldwide. ? A native of Belgium, Eric holds degrees in Electrical Engineering and Business Administration from Technical University Darmstadt. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, hiking, and cooking, and spending time with his family. ?
