What You’ll Do: Be the first point of contact for technical support via phone, email, and ticketing systems. Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and networking issues for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals. Assist with user administration tasks like password resets and account unlocks. Work closely with the Level II Helpdesk team to escalate complex issues. Ensure all support requests are tracked and resolved within our SLAs. ?? Who You Are: 0-2 years of experience in IT support or customer service. Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS, Microsoft Office Suite, and networking concepts. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Experience with helpdesk ticketing systems like Autotask is a plus! ?? JUST ANNOUNCED: The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) released a public notice announcing the Cybersecurity Pilot Program application filing window for K-12 Schools and Libraries. The application window will open on Tuesday, September 17, 2024 at 8am EST, and close on Friday, November 1, 2024 at 11:59pm EST.
