    Leadership Presence Isn’t a One-and-Done — It’s a Lifelong Journey. In my work with leaders (and in my own experience), I’ve found that developing a strong, authentic leadership presence isn’t something you check off after a workshop. It’s an ongoing practice — one that deepens with intention, action, and awareness. When we teach the IEP Method? (Intentional Energetic Presence?), we can break this practice down into five levels of awareness. Each level builds on the last, helping cultivate how you show up for yourself and those around you. Here’s a quick preview: ?? Level 1: No Awareness – You’re unaware of how your presence impacts yourself and others, often leading to disconnection or energy drains. ?? Level 2: Surface Awareness – You know presence matters, but it’s inconsistent. You might “show up” sometimes, but it’s not sustainable. ?? Level 3: Actionable Awareness – You can intentionally set your presence, reboot when needed, and navigate energetic dynamics more effectively. ?? Level 4: Integrated Awareness – Presence becomes a natural part of how you lead, even in challenging situations like conflict or culture-building. ?? Level 5: Expert Awareness – You embody IEP deeply while staying humble and open to continued growth — because the work is never "done." Each level brings new insights, new challenges, and new power.
