This year, 420 was a big deal for us- we met the consumer in the most territories in one day yet! We had 54 promotional sales demos across the state, representing the following brands: Claybourne, Clone Goddess, Dompen, Gold Drop, Ember Valley, Hello Again, KOA, and Wheelhouse. We onboarded 20 new ambassadors to meet our client's needs, reminding ourselves that training, management, and thorough?education are some of our strongest attributes. This number reflects a 260% increase in our field coverage, compared to 420 last year. We have been steadily increasing our footprint and are humbled to say all our new clients have come to us organically, through our cannabis network and client referrals. In partnership with Wheelhouse Cannabis Dispensary and Delivery Service, Activation Agency supported Hall of Flowers Dispensary with staffing, operations, and customer service for the first time this year. Along with Blaze HQ, this year's approach allowed for a streamlined retail checkout as show-goers could add products to their cart electronically, and pay through the app ahead of time. Strategic and seamless, this followed our leave-no-trace ethics and allowed users to better keep track of the inventory they’d collected. Operationally- A2 took the reins on staffing & daily direction. Our ambassadors worked the retail- from checking out customers on Blaze’s POS, organizing inventory, packing orders, and maintaining excellent customer service. We pride ourselves on showing up as retail experts- assisting customers in any & every way possible and acting as a support arm that our clients can lean on.
