We are pleased to welcome two new members to our Board of Directors! Michea McCaffrey – Operations Manager at Anbaric, Chair of the Gloucester Racial Justice Team, and a member of the Gloucester Human Rights Commission. Lindsay Banks – Educator, small-business owner, and community advocate for affordable housing and public schools in Manchester-by-the-Sea. Their expertise and dedication will be invaluable to our already outstanding Board. Welcome!

Action for Boston Community Development, Inc. & Action Inc. have been recognized for our collaborative efforts in reducing the energy burden for income-eligible households. The American Council for an Energy-Efficient Economy (ACEEE) has named the Low-Income Energy Affordability Network (LEAN) as one of its "Leaders of the Pack 2024" for exceptional efforts in delivering energy efficiency to income-eligible households across Massachusetts. “In collaboration with dedicated partners, Action for Boston Community Development (ABCD) and Action Inc., LEAN’s Income Eligible Coordinated Delivery Program has achieved remarkable energy savings, made significant progress with decarbonization, and improved comfort for thousands of low-income residents.” To view the full press release, follow the link below: https://lnkd.in/ekYwaRZh
